a new home?

yesterday todd and i signed a contract for a house! we are pretty excited about it. it's a great old farmhousey-like house, built in 1910. raspberries and strawberries and huge cottonwood trees. a woodburning stove and high ceilings and an old horse barn out back. just a regular-sized yard but plenty of space for a big garden.

we close on july 27th... keeping our fingers crossed for everything to go smoothlyish....
