18 seconds

i am not fact-checking this, but someone somewhere says if you sepnd 18 seconds thinking about something, it builds the brain 'muscle' around that idea/feeling/pathway.

so, here's my 18 seconds:
i feel strong. i feel healthy. my body is strong and free and light. i feel focused, like i know who i am and what i'm about. i do not get distracted. i move through my days with ease and grace. i am in this moment, right now.
